Exhibit Space Opportunities
- $650 for a 6′ x 6′ space with table, two chairs and tablecloth
- $100 for NCSA Membership (if not already)
- $50 for Electricity for booth
Cost includes admission for two attendees – additional attendees can register for $75 each.
Trade Show Hours
- Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 7:30am – 6:00 pm
Exhibit Area
The trade show will be adjacent to the meeting rooms. Breakfast, both breaks and the live auction will be held in the exhibit area. Exhibitor space is a 6’x6′ space which includes a 6′ table with 2 chairs and a tablecloth.
Setup
Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 2:00pm – 9:00pm. The hotel has a loading dock. Large equipment may be parked outside, nearby and easily accessible.
Breakdown
Please break down booths on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 6:00 pm (end of live auction)
Electricity/Internet
The charge for standard electrical hookup is $50 (one-time fee) and you may reserve your hookup by checking the box on your registration sheet. Wireless internet is complimentary for guests staying at the Hilton Charlotte University Place.
